Attwood Marshall Lawyers traces its origins to Eric Attwood in 1946. We are leaders in our field with specialist teams covering all areas of law. At Attwood Marshall Lawyers, we take great pride in providing exceptional customer service. We care – our lawyers are trained to listen and connect with our clients. Attwood Marshall Lawyers is an incorporated legal practice in Queensland in accordance with the Legal Profession Act 2007 in that State. The Legal Practice Director is Jeff Garrett, who is also the Managing Partner of the firm. We currently have a total of 57 staff members, which includes 37 professional staff (Lawyers, Licenced Conveyancers and Paralegals). We also have a number of law graduates and clerks. All our staff employed by our firm reside within the Tweed Shire, Gold Coast and Brisbane areas. We have specialist departments across all areas of law, headed up by either a partner or a senior associate lawyer who practices exclusively in that area.
