We are located in Bega, but service the entire Bega Valley from Eden in the South, North to Cobargo and inland to the towns of Bemboka and Burragate.
Our mission is to provide services that support people who are frail aged, adults with a disability, their carers and the veteran community, to live in a comfortable, healthy and safe way in their own homes and to access their communities.
There is no requirement for referrals for any of our services to be made by a doctor or through community health. A self-referral from a client or their friend, neighbour or family member is all that is needed. If you are unsure if meals are suitable for anyone you would like to refer, we can arrange for the delivery of 2 or 3 sample meals so they can try them. Short term meals arrangements (4 weeks minimum) are available. Please contact us for details. Because we are a volunteer based service, we can only provide social support, respite and social support groups for people with low to moderate needs.
