Perennial favourites include succulent steak, locally caught fish, freshly shucked oysters or signature dishes such as Caramelised Pork Belly with Seared Hervey Bay Scallops and a Sticky Tamarind Jus, Coconut Chicken Salad and melt in your mouth, Calamari.
