Established in 1990, SPL Security Solutions has grown from a mobile locksmith van into the Gold Coast's largest and most comprehensive locksmith and security services provider.

Founder and managing director Michael Valitutti, SPL partners Vince Todarello and Vince Ransom, together with more than 45 staff have seen the company scoop many accolades and feature in Business Review Weekly, BRW Australia's 100 fastest growing companies for two successive years at number 27 and 45.

In 1990 Michael Valitutti commenced in business as Surfers Paradise Locksmiths. He operated from a mobile locksmith van for eight years, and in 1999 Michael asked Vince Todarello who had over 15 years experience as a locksmith to join him as a partner. Together they opened a retail outlet and workshop in the Centre Arcade at Surfers Paradise.
