Canberra Airport is managed by Capital Airport Group Pty. Ltd (CAG), a family company committed to adding quality developments in Canberra. CAG purchased the Airport from the Commonwealth Government in May 1998. From a small airport surrounded by sheep paddocks, CAG has transformed Canberra Airport to a thriving precinct. The company is also responsible for Denman Prospect in Molonglo Valley and Constitution Place in the Canberra city.
Capital Airport Group (CAG) manages Canberra Airport as well as the surrounding Brindabella Business Park, Fairbairn, Pialligo Precinct, Majura Park and Majura Park Shopping Centre, home the region’s only Costco and Australia’s biggest Woolworths. In addition, CAG is responsible for Canberra's most unique new suburb, Denman Prospect and Constitution Place, a $300 million development in Canberra city. Canberra Airport is the region’s own world-class airport with domestic and international services. CAG is responsible for airport management, facilities management and all car parks. Qantas, Qantas link, Virgin Australia, Tiger Air Australia, Fly Pelican and Singapore Airlines all offer services to and from the airport, with Qatar Airways beginning services in 2018.
