The Civium Property Group is a 100% family owned and led business. We have a dedicated team of 100 property professionals based in the ACT and NSW.
The Civium Property Group comprises of:
- A local corporate team of people in our ACT head office, with a diverse set of skills from real estate marketing, PR, information technology, event management, people and culture management, finance and loan brokerage.
- A strong network of experienced real estate professionals with a collective 700+ years of experience in providing real estate services to the Canberra and Sydney markets. These professionals are focused on the sale, marketing and management of residential, commercial (including retail and industrial), hotel, land and rural property.
- Civium Strata also form a part of the Civium Property Group, and are the strata management division of the company. This team is responsible for the secretariat, administration, financial and facilities management of 10,000 Canberra units and townhouses and a further 12,000 units under management in NSW, making the Civium Property Group one of the largest strata management firms in Australia.
