The VIC MIX brand is a "new comer" to the industry. However, the people behind VIC MIX are well established operators with a long and successful history in the industry.

In 1987, a small Building Supplies business, called Broadway and Frame, was acquired by a young 26yo Tony De Luca in the Bulleen area. From humble beginnings grew a successful independent pre-mixed concrete business.

Over many years Tony together with his brother Michael and other partners turned a small building supply business with 4 mini trucks into a significant pre-mixed concrete producer consisting of four concrete plants, 80 concrete, tipper & tanker trucks, and a workforce of over 100 people.
