The Lady Clark Retirement Village is an incorporated association, which includes a Manager and Board of Directors. As a registered charity and not for profit organisation, all monies raised are reinvested into the village and its operations.

We provide affordable accommodation & long term housing options to financially vulnerable pensioners
Lady Clark Centre has all the extras as part of our community... a village hall with kitchen, library, resident lounge, resident computer area, snooker table, indoor bowls and electric BBQs and activity calendar.
Lady Clark Centre has no hidden fees, one low fortnightly rent payment covers everything relating to your home, property maintenance, urgent maintenance, grounds & gardens, rates, water, building insurance, security & community centre.
Residents have a choice to have a small individual garden around their unit for their own enjoyment.
Our low fortnightly rental component providesfor the resident to apply for commonwealth rent assistance. (Subject to eligibility).
