PEER is both a Group Training Organisation (GTO) and a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). The PEER Employment Division (GTO) employs Apprentices and Trainees under a Contract of Training.
We are dedicated to providing excellence in Employment and Training in collaboration with the electrotechnology, plumbing and associated industries.
Our Mission is ensure PEER is recognised publically and considered as the training provider and employer of choice for the electrotechnology, plumbing and associated trades.

PEER offers 4 year Apprenticeships in the following trades

- Job security for duration of your 1 year Traineeship
- Extensive network of Host Employers Recruitment staff who assist you with preparing for your employment
- Apprenticeship Coordinator who mentors and supports you throughout your Traineeship

- Our Apprentices are equipped with tools, uniform and PPE. Regular site visits are conducted by our Field Officers
