Our Purpose
The purpose of the RERC is to provide benevolent relief and comprehensive support to deliver services that enhance the overall quality of life of people in need within (but not limited to) the Russian community of Victoria, including people who are disadvantaged, culturally and linguistically diverse, elderly, sick and vulnerable individuals within the Russian community.
