We have a diverse and proud heritage and a track record for delivering the best outcomes for our clients and the communities in which we operate. 

Ventia was created in 2015 following the merger of Leighton Contractors Services division, Thiess Services and Vision stream. In 2020,Ventia grew to combine more than 50 years’ of industry knowledge and experience with the acquisition of Broadspectrum (formerly Transfield Services).  Today, we have workforce over 35,000 (employee and subcontractors) across Australia and New Zealand.
