The Williams Visitor Information Centre
Situated 160 kilometres south of Perth on The Albany Highway, Williams is a small dynamic town which has been a convenient stopping place for travellers since the 1850's.
The first town on the busy Albany Highway south of Perth, Williams is a refreshing stopover for travelling public.
Williams invites travellers to share its beautiful surrounding farmland and historical features.
The major industries in the region are mixed farming including the growing of course grains, sheep/wool, cattle and a pelleting plant.
The population of the Williams District is approximately 1200 people.
